The OC TrochleO Drill Guide System is designed to help surgeons perform accurate subchondral modeling. The set includes two different offset aiming guides (3mm and 5mm) to ensure precise placement of the system. The 2.9 mm burr with sleeve provides efficient reshaping of trochlea bone and thinning of subchondral bone beneath the cartilage layer. The process is then followed by fixating the chondral layer onto the bone using resorbable Vicryl sutures (USP Size 2) and OC OsteoFix-PK Knotless (3.0/4.75/5.5mm) suture anchors.
