The loop can easily pass through the narrow tunnel of tibia while the TABfix™ Button provides the cortical fixation in all inside ACL/PCL Reconstruction. The tapered design of the loop washer ensures a snug fit into the tibial tunnel and provides secure fixation of the loop with the graft.
