OC OsteoRepair™ instruments are used for meniscus tear repair. The instruments set consists OC Double Lumen Cannulas, OC Single Lumen Cannulas, OC Needle Pusher, OC OsteoRepair™ Needle with Loop.
The OC Single and Double lumen cannulas are pre-bent malleable stainless-steel cannulas that offer easy passage of OsteoRepair ™ needles, effective suture placement (horizontal and vertical), and better access to different zones of meniscus.
They make it simple to accurately and quickly insert needles into the meniscus and ensure the sutures are placed in the right spots. The double lumen cannulas feature passing of both OsteoRepair needles at once while the single lumen cannulas feature passing of both OsteoRepair needles one by one.
The OC Bender for Cannulas is available separately if further bending of cannula is needed. It works with both single and double lumen cannulas.
The OC Needle Pusher is used to push the needles from cannulas. The ergonomic design of handle provides easy grip while pushing needle through cannula. It is available separately for both single and double lumen cannulas.
The OC OsteoRepair™ Needle with Loop is a reusable meniscus repair needle has a loop on its proximal end to thread USP size 2-0 or 0 sutures and easily to pass it through the meniscus to complete the repair.
