OC Femofix Button is a braided loop device made from UHWMPE fibers and the oblong-shaped button is made from titanium material. The Loop is available in various lengths, i.e. 15, 20, 25 and 30mm. The dimension of the button is- L 12mm X W 4.0mm X H 1.5mm. Because of its braided loop, it provides excellent strength to the loop with minimal chance of displacement while used in ACL/PCL Reconstructions. The leading suture (#5 UHMWPE, White/Blue) and flipping suture (#5 UHMWPE, White/Black) are preloaded on the device to ensure precision when pulling and flipping the button into the intraosseous tunnel for secure fixation. The 4.5mm endoscopic reamer is available in the instrument set, which provides precise drilling of tunnels and ensures the effortless movement of the button and loop within the tunnel.
